>>>EXTENDED RETURN POLICY:
To ensure your recipient will love your holiday gifts, items shipped from Paradise Collection between November 1, 2009 and December 25, 2009 are eligible for our extended return policy and can be returned to Paradise Collection through January 25, 2010. Our extended return policy applies to items without personalized engraving and in original condition; the same as our normal 30-day return policy.
>>>STANDARD RETURN POLICY:
If you are not 100% happy with your order, we will give you full refund (except personalized Hawaiian Jewelry) including shipping & handling within 30 days from the day you receive the order. Please send your return to us by insured mail. (We are not responsible if it is lost in mail.)

>>>EXCHANGE PROCEDURE:
1) Photocopy of the invoice
2) write down the size that you would like to exchange on the invoice
3) We will email you as soon as we receive your package
